Painting the New Slammers Blowers in 15mm by  Brigade Models
Emerald City - Command Tank Two detachments of Blower tanks and one detachment of Combat Cars Floosie - Combat Car Optional basket fitted to rear of a combat car The Piper- Command Tank
Figures These were painted, as I said earlier, with Army Painter Desert Yellow spray and then picked out in darker browns. They were then dipped in Army Painter Strong dip, then had visors added in silver with a top coat of Tamiya clear smoke lacquer. Final Assembly The figures were slid carefully into the cars (and the few hatches I’d drilled to allow half bodies and heads) using tweezers and superglued in position. The roofs were then fitted and - to my annoyance - hit the top of the heads of a couple eof the gunners that I hadn’t positioned well. Some surgery to the figures ensued (I simply snipped off a millimetre of helmet crown - not that you’ll ever see it) and... they were done! John Treadaway
