Early Slammers and Friesland Regulars (Circa 317TW)

In 317TW during a war on on Melpomone a regiment of the Friesland Regulars broke away from the home world and what started out as the ‘Auxilliary company’ became the Slammers. All vehicle models and figures are by Brigade Models Background Conflict ensued between the breakaway units and the original Friesland forces: the Frisland government wanted to remove the Slammers from play by any means necessary (even if it meant killing them to a man and woman) but this was temporarily ended when the Slammers simply left planet. This unresolved enmity was finally settled when – thirty one years later – Colonel Hammer led his forces back to Friesland and had himself appointed president.
