Restore or Replace In any other circumstances I'd have stripped the vehicles or - maybe - got new ones from Brigade, but these were special: these were Jim's Hiroseki and I wanted them to fight again! So I wrangled some three Shinigamis, some infantry and some decals from the kind chaps at Brigade and set about righting some problem areas. The first thing I did was paint enough infantry. These are from Brigade's PLA range and fit the bill well. A little over three dozen chaps including vehicle crew and including some heavier support weapons on bigger bases for a change, plus three snipers to swap out if I wanted to, and the Hiroseki infantry were finished at a dozen infantry TUs. They were sprayed in Army Painter Army Green with dry brushing and then detail like webbing painted on in various tans. They had mostly black weapons (well dark grey) because I army painter dipped the whole lot. After that I sprayed Testors Dullcoat over them, painted their goggles in with Tamiya red lacquer although you are hard pressed to see them.
