I added white-tac in strips and
stretched ribbons and when I’d
covered the vehicles with what I
judged to be enough, I set about
forcing it into interesting patterns.
To do this I used a spare stylus
from a PDA to tease and stretch
the material.
When I had the sticky stuff just
where I wanted it I took another
spray can - a petrol blue colour
(I’m thinking British AFV’s in the
desert, WW2 style) and sprayed
them all over.
Then I added more white-tac,
being careful to cover some of the
now blue sprayed hull, to ensure
that the blue wasn’t obscured by
the next colour. Then came a
rattle-can of matt black...
