The smaller 4x4 vehicles (called the 'Stingray') are - effectively - well armoured large (at 7 metres long) jeeps. They utilise paired cone-bore support weapons in the offensive role. These can be fired remotely or by the vehicle commander from the large open hatch. They have a crew of two but carry a single team of 4 troops or they may carry a Sniper - and are mostly used for recce or command roles (the command variant carries no troops). The Stingray masses 28 tonnes. The larger 4x4 'Manta-ray'' is 8.5m long, has a crew of three and weighs 66 tonnes. It has a small, double flame-thrower remote turret fitted to the vehicle's front (shared with many of the vehicles in the "family"), plus they have a remote turret fitted with a pair of larger cone-bore weapons. The Manta-ray also has room for 8 Infantry to be carried under amour internally. There are two other variants of the Manta-ray: the Manta-support which lacks the front flamer, but has a front egress door, the main turret replaced with a quad gatling and space for an additional infantry 'brick' bringing the total to 12. The Manta-Missile has two fold out missile launchers carrying heavy ATGWs and a laser anti-ATGW/Artillery turret. This variant carries no infantry complement. The 6x6 'Shark' variant is stretched to the size of a battle tank at 10.5 metres and can be equipped with the flame-thrower found on other vehicles in the family and either a double-barreled Cone-bore support weapon pod with a heavier rapid fire 3cm anti-materiel cone-bore weapon, or an anti-armour 6cm cone-bore with a slower rate of fire but more penetration. All conebore weapons are equipped with explosive tips. The 6x6 Shark hull weighs between 80 and 84 tonnes, has a crew of three and also has space for 8 infantry.Another Shark variant is the Shark-Tunguska: this carries a smaller infantry complement of only 4 but its primary function is as a dedicated Anti-Air-Artillery platform using medium lasers and missiles in this role.
