STOP PRESS: NEW UKRAINIAN ARMY HOLD THE SLAMMERS
Turn FourBuzz bombs were fired and missiles locked onto a Slammers blower on the West flank, while on the East flank the Slammers lost another Blower and the NU another Molot. As the Slammers had lost the initiative, the missiles fired by the NU Solot (two because he'd paid leadership to desperately rapid fire his ATGW launcher) were lost when lock on was broken on account of the APC being turned into a smoking wreck by a Blower. The Infantry Buzzbomb team firing from a building paid a high price for failure (a main tank round did the trick) and another APC that - again - rapid fired it's buzzbomb launcher (and blew the breech in the process) got to see them taken out by a functioning blowers ADS system, right before being vaporised. Turn Five - where it all span aroundThe Slammers won initiative and made a charge. Most of their leadership was spent on movement and some was wasted: three combat cars made a rush on the Eastern flank, one trying to close on a Buran to hose it's side armour with tribarrels but it was a wasted effort: the Buran is based on a Molot hull and the tribarrels simply didn't have the clout (though they might have succeeded if he could have found a rear arc): real Shermans versus Tigers stuff…The New Ukrainians were down to a single Molot, a single Buran (having lost one in the previous turn), a single Xaoc and infantry so they took an aggressive stance. The Buran simply ignored the combat car that had driven along side it, drove into the rear of two Slammers blowers, rapid fired it's main, four barrelled AA gun (almost guaranteed to burn it
