Into the Future: The Black Wash
The next task is to add a wash to bring out more detail and add more dirt. As I was using a mixture of Future floor
polish and ink which leaves a slightly glossy surface, I also serves as a basis for the decals.
This mixture - and, although I use around 5% ink to polish - the exact formula has to be achieved by eye and
depends on the ink you are using, the desired result and the ink colour chosen: this is black ink (obviously). This is
slopped on with a big brush, pools are draged out before it dries and - when it looks good - it is left to dry.

These are straight from the Brigade range and go on well with MicroSol to force them into the skirt detail.
