Lighter Vehicles The Rosomakha Light Tank and the Laska Tankette are staples of the Recce detachment. Both are tracked and, like the Kunitsa APC, although not new equipment, they work well in the lighter roles. Althought the APC is quite slow, the others are fast tracked vehicles and they are supplemented - in scenarios where tracks are not always required - by the Javelot and Belette wheeled vehicles. Secondary weapons and infantry   The turret mounted gatlings on all AFVs are capable of missile defence but it is quite crude in comparison to powergun or laser systems fitted to other forces’ vehicles. They are mounted as an external weapon but are usually fired from within the vehicle, whether in AA/Anti Artillery or any other mode. The force does not employ any anti- buzzbomb defensive panels or systems. Infantry companies were, for the most part, similarly equipped to the earlier Zaporoskiye Brigade troops with rifle coil guns and larger calibre support weapons of a similar design, some changes were made. Specialist Assault teams in the NUA were equipped with full suit body armour and the Tank Hunters carried sophisticated long range buzzbombs.
